COVID-19 Update


The Committee and Coaches of Plymouth Tri Club have put in measures to ensure that we are able to safely deliver formal club activity following the recent easing of Government restrictions relating to the COVID pandemic.
We have worked with the BTF to ensure compliance with their guidance, and have also worked with our venues to ensure compliance with all relevant Guidance in respect of COVID. A COVID action plan and Risk Assessments have been developed, with the input our our designated COVID Officer, who is a Club Committee member.

We operate a ‘track and trace’ system at each of our sessions, encourage social distancing, and request that members do not attend if they are experiencing any of the relevant COVID related symptoms. Additionally, should anyone fall ill after attending any of our sessions they are required to advise us accordingly.

Due to the need to understand likely number of attendees, so we can adhere to the required social distancing and safe delivery of sessions, we have developed a system for pre booking/payment of club sessions – via Plymouth Tri Club on TeamApp. All participants must book through this. Potential new members who wish to take advantage of our two free trial sessions, should contact the Club via email in advance.
